re: Doctor Who?
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED ABOUT A TV PROGRAMME AS I AM FOR THIS FINALE. If Saxon is who everyone expects him to be I think I will cry with happiness. Martha has kicked so much arse this season (and by the way, in Human Nature, isn’t John Smith an absolute cunt? if I were Martha, I would have killed him by now, but I suppose she’s better than I am) and Ten has really had an excuse to exercise those emo-glands, but in a good way. In addition, is it necessary for him to mount the TARDIS every five seconds? (cap by nostalgia-lj)
At 7pm, on the BBC, the Doctor mounts the TARDIS. I mean, really, I know it’s true love and whatnot, but this may be going too far.
I love Martha, she’s smashing, and in a way I hope she and Jack don’t get on, it’ll make it more exciting… but at the same time I want there to be a happy TARDIS of love. Also, that ‘unrequited love’? Let me state now, RTD, that this is bollocks of the highest degree, and you know it. Yes, you do. He’s just a man who’s sad about his last lover - grieving, as it were - and finding it difficult to accept that he has found someone new. That’s natural. It does not in any way mean he doesn’t feel it as he does. Let us not forget this is the man with a ‘girl in every fireplace’.
In addition? If he brings back That Guy Who We Assume Is Saxon (PLEASE) then there is no excuse for not bringing back Her Who Is Fred (and Dead). Fans will know who I mean.
Doctor Who is making me happy like it has not done in a while, and I’ve been pretty happy for a while. Finally, a companion I can stand! Oh, the joy that is mine.
In conclusion, here; have a picture of two Tennants.
DON’T THEY MAKE YOU HAPPY IN YOUR PANTS?
